Seasonal taste. Spring, wild plants. In the summer natural sweetfish. Autumn, winter, matsutake mushroom, wild boar meat, Japanese yam.
Seasonal grip including figure sushi and Japanese black beef, grip of basashi are popular in sweetfishs of Gujo, too.
Single dish prepares abundantly, too, and set meal or bowl are popular, too.

Contents of sushi change by day. There are tea pot lunch 1,750 yen, kiteya lunch 2,100 yen, too. By time and season, sushi and food type change. There is mini-banquet dishes set 2,650 yen, too.
We make reservation of lunch and dinner on weekdays.
